A survivor of many life traumas, accomplishments, and unforgettable memories - Mione creates multifaceted artworks in the form of free-writing, poetry, and Polaroid images. Releasing her first Art Installation “Open Your Lens” in 2025, as a part of Art Prize Festival in Grand Rapids, Michigan - Mione is driven to continue to make thought provoking artwork and inspire others to live their fullest lives, and most importantly, continue to make art, and fall in love.
A NOTE FROM THE ARTIST
How lucky I am to express all that I have felt, in the form of art. My portraits are designed to remove the stigma placed upon the discussion of life, loss, and everything in between - Opening a door of conversation among strangers, that may reveal we are all more connected than we imagine. I hope that my portraits make you feel less alone - Every portrait gives me an opportunity of connection, and another opportunity to remove the stigma on deep - often uncomfortable, conversations. Always, a moment to remember. At the beginning of my journey, I wanted a way to find you - someone who could relate to my story… and I want to share our stories, with the world.
